Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days if items are current, unworn, and in original condition including original scent (no smoke, body odor etc) and tags must be attached.
LOST PACKAGES - USPS
You must file a Claim within 30 days with proof of your payment, and item invoice, once you are ruled on a claim, they will either, reimburse us the shipper so we can refund you, or reimburse you, and we keep your original payment.

Final Sale Items - No Returns:
- Clearance and special order sales
- Traded player jerseys
- All dated special event sales are final (i.e. NBA finals or World Series merchandise)
Return Instructions:
- Pack the item in the original package, if possible.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return and insure the full amount of the item. Sports Fever is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package.
- Email SportsFeverWeb@gmail.com with your order number and information about what you are returning / exchanging.
- Go to your local Post Office and WRITE YOUR ORDER # ON THE SHIPPING LABEL/Packing Slip, Ship. When we receive your package you will be refunded or processed an exchange.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Sports Fever retains the right to refuse any returned merchandise at their discretion.
You may exchange or return items at any Sports Fever Location.
Please take a copy of your invoice, emailed to you at time of purchase, along with the unworn item.
Exchanges
We suggest you place an order for the new item you are wanting at the same time you return your original order. If you wait until your return is processed, the new item you desire may be out of stock. By placing your new order today, you will receive the item much quicker with a much better chance that it is in stock. Your original will be refunded when received by our return department.
Shipping
We can ship to anywhere inside the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
