When will my order ship?
Sports Fever is committed to delivering the product you want, when you want it. Most orders placed will ship within 48 hours of the purchase time. Normal shipping days are Monday through Friday and exclude some major holidays. Remember, some of our items will ship from alternative warehouses and retail locations. On occasion we ship directly from one of our retail outlets if stock is low. This CAN prolong shipment from 48 hrs to less than 72 hrs.

Can I return an online order at a Sports Fever store location?
Yes, just take your packing slip with your unworn product to any Sports Fever Location.
How can I cancel my order?
Because of our commitment to ship orders the same day they are placed, we usually cannot stop an order before it is shipped. Please review your order carefully during check out to make sure it is accurate. If you need assistance feel free to contact us and we will attempt to accommodate you in any way we can.
Do you pay sales tax at SportsFeverCal.com?
We are only required by state laws to charge sales tax from our current location (7.250%).
Can I combine orders?
Our system is currently unable to combine orders once they have been placed. Please check back at a later date to see if our policy has changed.
Do you carry the same products on SportsFeverCal.com as in your retail stores?

Does Sports Fever offer franchise opportunities?
Sports Fever is a privately held corporation that is currently under a central management team. We currently do not offer franchise opportunities.

We are committed to building a loyal customer base and have created a mailing list to keep our customers informed of new products, upcoming promotions, and other Sports Fever information. To join, enter your email address on our homepage in the space after “Get Sports Fever News and Special Offers”. You may choose to be removed from this list at a future date. Your information will be kept by Sports Fever and not sold or given to any other companies.
Are product colors identical to those shown in the pictures?
We have made every effort to display products exactly as they will look when you receive them. The pictures may appear differently, however, based on the monitor that you view them on.

Does SportsFeverCal.com ship internationally?
No, unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally. If you have any specific shipping requests and international pricing options please call (530)677-3918.
What is your Return Policy?
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days if items are current, unworn, and in original condition including original scent (no smoke, body odor etc) and tags must be attached.
Final Sale Items - No Returns:
- Clearance and special order sales
- Traded player jerseys
- All dated special event sales are final (i.e. NBA finals or World Series merchandise)
Return Instructions:
- 1. Pack the item in the original package, if possible.
- 2. Complete and detach the provided return request slip and include with your returned merchandise. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing list for your records
- 3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
- 4. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return and insure the full amount of the item. Sports Fever is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Sports Fever retains the right to refuse any returned merchandise at their discretion.
You may exchange or return items at any Sports Fever Locations Please take a copy of your pack sheet along with the unworn item. Refunds must be processed through the above return department address.
Exchanges
We suggest you place an order for the new item you are wanting at the same time you return your original order. If you wait until your return is processed, the new item you desire may be out of stock. By placing your new order today, you will receive the item much quicker with a much better chance that it is in stock. Your original will be refunded when received by our return department.
